Executive Search, or Direct Search (directly addressing specialists and managers), was originally limited to finding candidates for Top Management positions. Over the years, though, Executive Search has proven to be effective and efficient in finding candidates for middle management and specialist positions as well.
Life Science Consult works exclusively on behalf of Clients who have a specific need for management positions to be filled. Our services to the Client are:
- to systematically locate and identify potential candidates and evaluate their fit with the requirements of a specific position. This is based on
- written documentation provided by the candidates (curriculum vitae, certificates, etc.)
- personal interviews by phone and in person
- a validated psychological test
- references from within the industry
- to present potential candidates and assist in reaching agreements that are mutually satisfactory

Life Science Consult creates a job-specific personal profile for you with a standardized questionnaire (validated with a 5,000-person sample) and with analyzing and discussing with you your previous professional experience and education. The results from this process, together with Life Science Consult’s feedback, are very helpful in directing your next career steps.
The questionnaire addresses
- behavior in the workplace (conscientiousness, flexibility, action-orientation),
- your job orientation (performance motivation, creative motivation, leadership motivation),
- your social competencies (sensitivity, ability to interact, social skills, team orientation, ability to get things done),
- your psychological makeup (emotional stability, ability to take stress, self-confidence).
Across 14 dimensions will Life Science Consult assess your personal profile and compare it to the needs of a specific position at hand.

When we receive them together with your CV, Life Science Consult will have a professional psychologist analyze the data. A written report detailing your job-specific personal profile will be completed within 1-2 weeks. Please note there may be a small charge for such service.
